Hong Kong, Mainland China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macao, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, The United States.

Shipping Methods:

All international shipping is facilitated through Hong Kong Post.
​
For customers in Hong Kong, SF Express will be arranged as a more economical alternative to Hong Kong Post.
Local Delivery (Hong Kong):

SF Express delivery will show as free shipping upon order placement, with the delivery payment collected upon receipt by SF Express.

Alternatively, you can contact us directly to place your order and utilise other local payment methods, such as Payme, Alipay HK, or bank transfer.
Tracking Information:

Tracking status for international orders will be available online, covering key delivery milestones: acceptance at counter, handed over to the carrier/left for destination, arrival at overseas mail processing center, and delivered.
Shipping Costs:

International shipping starts at $4.5, with variations based on the quantity of products in your order.
Delivery Time:

Anticipate a delivery time of 7 to 14 working days for most international destination cities, as per Hong Kong Post standards.
Orders Over 2kg:

For orders exceeding 2kg, we may ship your items in multiple packages to optimize shipping costs.
In such cases, you will be promptly notified via email, and multiple tracking numbers will be provided for your convenience.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Ah! Brick, we strive to provide you with best Lego-inspired products that bring joy to your world. While we typically do not offer return services, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any damage to your received product, please reach out to us via email at customerservice@ahbrick.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

To facilitate a swift resolution, kindly include your order number and attach a clear photo showcasing the condition of the item. We will address these concerns on a case-by-case basis, working diligently to either provide a refund or send you a replacement product.
