  • Where are you located at?
    We are located in Hong Kong. For local buyers, you can contact us directly to place your order if you would like to use other local payment methods.
  • Do you offer worldwide shipping?
    As we are still figuring out the best shipping method to send our products safely and cost-effectively to you, there are some areas of the world that we are currently unable to ship to. You can check whether we ship to you or not by checking the list of countries that we currently ship to on our Shipping & Returns Page!
  • How long does it take for my order to ship?
    We aim to pack and ship all ordered within 3 working days. However, please note that during, and immediately after, events such as holidays, sales, new releases, and bank holiday weekends, this may take slightly longer. We will let you know once your order is on its way. Please be patient with us while we are getting your order ready!
  • An item that I want is out of stock. When will it return?
    Unfortunately, we are unable to confirm when or if an item will be back in stock as it really depends on many factors. If you really want a product to make a comeback, make sure to let us know on our socials!
  • I made a mistake with my order. What should I do?

  • How can I track my order?
    If you selected a tracked shipping option, you should receive a tracking link or number in an email after your order has been shipped.
  • How should I wash and clean your apparel?
    Please refer back to the respective product page and there should be a detailed guide on how you should wash and maintain the product.
  • Can I return a product?
